Wild Brooklyn Lavender

Wild Brooklyn Lavender is a 7 oz scented candle built on Brooklyn flowering in the early aughts, when wild packs of dogs roamed free among savage weeds. It opens on spike lavender and wayside herbs, sharp and green instead of soapy. The heart brings vetiver grass and lavender flowers, the real bloom rather than the cliche. The base grounds it in suede and asphalt, soft leather over hot sidewalk. Herbal, floral and grounding, it works in a bedroom or a living room and reads as lavender for people who thought they hated lavender. From D.S. & Durga. Scent family: floral herbal aromatic. Unisex home fragrance. Wears well year round and suits a bedroom in any season. Trim the wick before each burn for an even wax pool. Also available as a 400 mL hand lotion and an auto fragrance card.
